I’ve found no more useful tool for self-awareness & personal development than a good Evolutionary Astrology reading.

When you understand your innate design from an evolutionary perspective, including those “bad habits” or patterns that may be holding you back from reaching your highest potential, your life unfolds with more vitality, sanity, and balance.

We can focus on any areas of your life—life purpose, career, relationships, family, creativity. If you have specific questions, bring them! But questions are totally not necessary for an insightful reading.

My promise to you: you’ll leave our session feeling energized, grounded and clear about what to do to next.

Astrology Check-In & Intuitive FOCUS Session ✨

Sometimes you need quick, focused support. Some brain-storming help. Someone with an objective take on your situation. This is the “quickie” mindset refresh and insight-generating session for you. I’ll use astrology, dowsing, cards, and good old-fashioned intuitive listening to try to help you and get you over your mental hump.

An Astrology Check-In & Intuitive FOCUS Session session gives you:

  • A quick snap shot of what your astrology looks like- big themes in play for you right now.

  • A no-B.S. PEP TALK rooted in reality, aimed at showing you what you may not be seeing.

  • Nudges from your Higher Guidance intended to help you see what is best for you to see/know/do right now.

  • Possibilities and opportunities you might not be aware of.

  • Some clarity, or at least context for what’s on your mind.

This session is for a focused look at one issue in your life or one question you might have.

Sometimes all you need is quick, loving-but-real support- this is that support!

Return Clients: What’s Ahead

After your birth chart reading*, you might have questions:

  • What does the year ahead look like for me?

  • What does my professional path look like?

  • How do I handle a challenging relationship?

  • Why is this part of my life going sideways?

In this reading, we’ll look at the major astrological events that are affecting you for the next couple of years.

This session can be a general overview, or you may request to look at specific concerns.

*An initial birth chart reading is required first.

Holistic Health Coaching

Piecing it “all” together. What’s “all” of it? YOU. All of you. All of your complexity, subtlety, uniqueness, challenges, gifts, cycles of growth and learning, current struggles, future dreams, where you are now, how you want to feel, what you want to heal- ALL of it.

Pulling all of you into focus is what we do session-by-session, finding out where you need some additional support, building on some strategies to realize your vision, getting rid of the old stories getting in your way, and little-by-little (or quickly!) getting you to a state of maximum health and happiness.

We’ll use common sense to get you where you want to go, but we won’t use formulas- there is no one-size-fits-all diet or approach to health. You have bio-individual needs and we’ll find out what those are, using everything I have in my toolbox.

We will get to the bottom of what’s getting in your way from feeling better, having what you want to have, and living a more alive life. I’ll do my best to partner with you and make it happen.

Your own Higher Guidance may be able to answer them. In a Higher Guidance session, we will explore anything you want to explore, using dowsing, oracle decks, and a step-by-step method to allow your own Higher Guidance to direct us toward the answers you seek.

  • Astrology readings vary according to what a client wants to gain from the session. An astrology reading often resembles life coaching more than prediction. That said, a reading always identifies life themes one might be dealing with in the present, as well as the approaches to life that could be helpful in the future. Here are some commonly discussed areas in a reading:

    • Innate talents and gifts

    • Exploration of one’s purpose

    • Changing focus at different life stages

    • Seeing the roots of old stories and being able to release them

    • One’s unique, authentic self-expression

  • Astrology is not therapy, though it is often very therapeutic. Evolutionary astrology is focused on your personal growth and a reading can offer you many aha’s and insights into why you are the way you are. You can discover that you are designed perfectly for what you were born to learn, and we go into great detail about what those lessons and purpose look like.

  • Sessions are done on Zoom. Face-to-face can be arranged if Aubrey is in your city, or you are in hers.

  • However many you want. The insights gained from one natal reading can last for years. Many clients choose to get a yearly reading to understand what may be coming up. Clients also reach out for readings if they are facing some challenges they would like some help with.

  • Evolutionary Astrology is a name that describes a style of astrology that looks a person's birth chart as a map of the soul's evolution. You can learn more about the term's meaning and context in Steven Forrest’s wonderful book about his technique, Yesterday's Sky.

    The best way is to experience evolutionary astrology is through a reading with Aubrey.

    Aubrey’s approach to astrology is the same as Steven Forrest’s approach. This is best described by Steven’s own words:

    “[Evolutionary Astrology] assumes that each of us is able to work with the astrological forces, not simply be directed by them. Coming from the core belief that there is a larger, transpersonal meaning to our lives, astrology can be used to help us live in harmony with that higher purpose. Thus, an evolutionary astrology reading is never "predictive" in a rigid or fatalistic sense. An evolutionary astrologer will talk about the questions you'll face, but will not spell out your answers to them. It's up to you how you interact with the field and create your own answers. The archetypal field is rich both with meaning, but also with possibility. And it's the possibility that an evolutionary astrologer strives to celebrate.”

  • It’s very important. Even a few minutes can sometimes make a big difference in a birth chart. Try to get accurate birth data if you’re getting a reading. And feel free to reach out if you have questions about this- there are work-arounds and solutions to the pesky birth time issue- it’s common.

  • Please this page visit Steven Forrest website for a thorough explanation of how to find your birth time, if the time of birth wasn’t recorded on your birth certificate, or if it has been lost.
